    Counter 3n-4dm-1mc-2

    Counter 3n-4dm-1mc-2-screenshot_20170502-134253.jpg

    I was thinking to 3n-1-4-2

    - stop his long passes to strikers with DMC
    - take possession control At midfield

    Other ideas?

    looks good
Also I would avoid playing attack.
Also check his DML-DMR. their stats (are the scoring or giving assists ? )
Maybe he is using them as "hidden" wingers.

Depends on your own team's strengths, but yeah a 3-1-4-2 works. You could also try a AMC for a ST, to exploit the gap in the center. You could even drop the DMC for a 1 - 2 up top, given his pretty defensive formation. Like you said, keep possession in the final third.

If Javert has decent ML/MR, I guess that would contain the DM's. They're most likely playing a long pass / crossing game. So going on the defensive will only draw the play into his own half, won't it?
