Why Prilucik is out? I think you have the good formation, because you have no ML/AML to put on it :)

How to play to have chances to win

Take away the red&blue arrows for a start. Then set your tactics to normal/offensive, down both flanks or through the middle and go for counterattacks.

Now, if you wanna play down both flanks then your DML+DMR have to be good at defending and attacking, otherwise use them only as defensive material and play the ball trough the middle.

Also, set the win bonus at maximum.
