    Tactic for an imp match

Can u guys suggest me a tactic for beating a regular 3-1-3-1-2 (symmetric) formation??
My formation : 3(DL,DC,DR)-1(DMC to the right)-3(ML,MC to the left,MR)-1(AMC to the right)-2(ST to the left and in the center) (strength 104.5)
    Opponent's formation : 3-1-3-1-2 symmetric (strength 103.8)

Try with 3-5-2Flat defensive mixed passes, from flanks , high pressing zonal marking

Any reason to put your DMC to the right and your MC to the left? I don't get when people do that

I use down the both flanks tactics so it would be better for me to have more players on the flanks and i put my dmc in defending infront of the gap in my defense line
