Questions about 4-2N-3W-1

I've decided to start playing 4-2N-3W-1 next season and I had a couple questions about it:
What orders/arrows do you guys use?
What formations counter it?

4-2n-3w-1 is one of the formations I play. It's not my main, but I will use it in certain matchups.

If you're interested in the orders, you can inbox me. I try not to share tactics in a public forum, just in case i encounter an opponent in association that knows I'm a forum member and proceeds to read all my posts to try and figure me out tactically.

Regarding a counter, formations to be alert for: 3w-1-2n-3w-1, 4-5-1v and 4-1-2-1-2 narrow.
