Help please, Final CL, How counter 3N212W2 ???

Can someone suggest me how I can counter this formation :

Than you in advance... also I think his Dmr and Dml is playing with red arrow... I watched his semi final match today in CL.
I think about 4411 trought in middle with short pass ? any suggestion ?
And what about orders, offside trap and pressing ? :)[
