4-1-4-1 formation - how to counter?

Hey guys, i'm facing this formation in the UCL level 3 final tonight and i dont know how to get advantage about this formation. The quality teams are pretty even, but his team is better, cause he has two players 140% +, and my best player is 137%. So, which formation and tactics are better to play against this?

PS: his best player is 160% and play just as ML.
