Asymmetric Formation

Have anyone come across this asymmetric formation and how are you going to counter it?

This formation seems to have a strong attack with 3AM however very weak in MC since there is only 1 real MC support by a DMC.

I am thinking of classic 4-4-2 or 4-5-1V or 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly. Any other idea? :confused:

4-4-2 hexagon maybe works...

Can you please show me how do you set up 4-1-4-1 with orders please? I am a stronger team about 5 quality points. Should I attack or defense since I am playing away match? Thanks
