3W-1DMC-3W-3 Counter advice needed. Haven't seen this formation before.

I haven't been able to find a counter for this weird formation. Since it is relatively similar to 3W-1DMC-AML/AMR-1 I was thinking I could use the counter suggested on the tactics thread, but I need to win this game. League match, I am 108% he is 94%.
Last time I played this manager, I lost 1-0 using 4-1-2-1-2 ND vs his 3W-1-2W-1-2. I was 14% better than him too.

Any suggestions? Help greatly appreciated.

Also forgot to mention that the 3W are mc/ml/mr.

You could try 352 or 442 classic if he play without AMC like you said...but if he use old 3w12w12 then use 3142.
