This is the most strange formation i've ever seen. So, which formation is the best against him ? I thought 4-1-4-1 or 3N-1-4-2 maybe. What's your opinion ?

why is this strange? its standard narrow diamond with one change: DC->ST
any formation with wingers, 4321, 451v, 4222... will be effective!
541 will work against attack with flanks
