help to face this weird formation

definately an illegal formation, try and form a 352 v-style with short passing, attacking mentality and pressure all over the pitch.
try and withdraw one of you MC for a DMC and hope for the best with your ballpossesion, short passing will be benifitial to it. Not sure about playing the offside kick that always seems to be risky

if anyone else has suggestions please give this guy a hand
