There used to be two teams in my league that played this formation. I had similar quality and won/drew against them, but never lost.

I played 3-2-3-2 (DL-DC-DR-DMC- DMC-ML-MC-MR-ST-ST) - play defensive with this formation.

Or

3-2-2-2-1, (DC-DC-DC-DML-DMR-MC-MC-AML-AMR-ST) Defensive or Normal *recommend

*Going by experience in the past.
