Any suggestions against 4-2(MC)-1(AMC)-3 ??

Really need ur advice...
The best formation and order can counter against this team:

AMC
ST ST ST

His players are little better than mine..

it's a 4-2-1-3, see here

use 3-1-3-1-2. 3 centre backs, 1 central defensive midfielder, 3 midfielders left, right and centre, 1 attacking midfielder centre, 2 strikers. focus passing - mixed, attacking mentality, close down all over the pitch, offside trap, no counter attacking.

P.S. if u take the lead, play defensive and, close down own half and use counter, no offside trap.
