What tactics is best?

How about:

ML--MC--MR
----DMC---
DL--DC--DR

The second idea you said sounds good, you just need your best players cutting off his lines of getting the ball from his Def to Mid. So maybe 3 MC's, ML, MR would work out well for you?

Maybe i can heal my injured MC, is this a great format against the team above?

I should stay with the narrow diamond what gives you 4 midfiels players against his MC and AMC, i should go for normal mentality, passing through the middle and counter ON

Anyone with a better idea?

Remember, not all formations in the list of counter formations are still working ;-)

how about using 3N-1-4-2? as listed in the counter formations table

this looks like a good one to me, ML and MR block his ML and MR, DMC covers the MC and you have two good MC's(if you heal the other scout) and two strikers. but thats just me, do what you feel is right :) good luck
