    How to stop ML/MR ?

    hello, usually i can stop opponent AML/AMR by using either DL/DR with red arrow or using DML/DMR without any arrow.

    but i don't know how to stop ML/MR. i have try many type of side defend position but seems not working. is it i need to use ML/MR also?

    Aml/amr is stoped by dl/dr down with offside off
