I use thus formation. Currently top of the league with 101 goals for 4 against. I also have 2 draws, both with my rival this league season (both won rest of matches). He is currently 92%, me 114%. I drew with him both times 1-1, both viewing game. He plays 4-1-2w-1-2. Not sure if this a counter, but vs me, it's working.
