What you can say about beginner's tactic

Hello dear members i have a team on Top Eleven but im new its my team which tactic can i use at the beginning and which orders/commands i need to use (for example offansive, contra atack settings...) (its my teams photo with their morales and im Turkish)
and can you take a photo about good commands in English what i can understand :) thanks for your replies :o:o
