How to beat 4-2-3W-1 ? need advice pls

Hello,
I'm playing a slighter better team in the final of the champions league
We were in the same group in the first round, twice we ended the game in a draw.

I uploaded pictures of my squad and his squad. My team is Arsenal, his team is Newpie

He plays 4-2-3W-1.
I saw in the counter formations thread that the best is to play 4-4-2 classic
In the previous 2 games against him i played in a 4-1-3W-1-1 and I managed to finish in 2 draw results.

I played with this formation because i have only 1 good MC, So I played with an DMC and 1 AMC in stead of a ST.
But I could put my AMC as an MC, I already did that before.

Any suggestions how which formation i should play with my squad ? What orders should i put?
should i play counter attacks?

yes 4-4-2 classic was good option, order long ball, pass both flank

Should i play counter attacks? Why long ball ?

no counter, try long ball for 1st half, if it doesn't work try mixed or short pass.

My biggest issue is playing through flanks
My best midfielders are in the middle. My wingers are lower level.
Won't it make them less involved in the game ?

This is useless as nobody updates posts after game... so sad!

Are you talking about 4-2mc-3w-1??? Im playing against this formation tomorrow. Any suggestions for me?
