Well, i am not a great manager actually but his formation are based on 3-5-2 (dont have shape). Five midfield allow him to gain more possession.
If you stick with 4-4-2, maybe wait for the counter. For me i will go with 4-5-1 V and try to score. If fail to score then i will change to 4-2-2-2 Hex.
Hmm, attacking on right flank might help you since he is more attacking on left side.

Lol spot on.. I did win 3-0 but i played 4-4-2 wide :) with defensive, pressing on and short passing which allowed me to keep possesion during the first half. My team couldnot intercept any of their passes tho but luckily goalee saved most of his shots ! Cheers ! Oh I also put down arrow on my dmc and forward arrow on my ml/mrQuote:
