How do I properly counter 4 2 2 2 formation with a 9% weaker opponent than me?

My normal formation this season is 4-4-2, but im thinking about it with this guy. Yes, he is weaker, but the ****er's in form.. plus he has highly attacking formation so im kinda anxious about not putting up 5 in defense
