Any counter formation for this?

Hey guys..anybody knows which formation is better against:

3W-2(DMC's)-2N-1(AMC)-2

i would play a simple 4-4-2
or
4-1-4-1 ( more defensive)
and attack down the flanks
4-1-4-1 red arrow on DL-DR-MR-ML and blue on DMC
for the 4-4-2 red arrow on ML/MR
press on your half
offensive
hard tackling
mixed focus
mixed pass

I've been playing 4-1-4-1
Blue on DMC and Red on both ML/R, but no arrows on DL/R..
I'll try red on DL/R and see how it works.. thnks m8.
