Which tactic do you recommend and why?

Hello managers!

I have tried many different tactics and at the moment playing "4-1-2-1-2" thru middle. Problem with this tactic is that people can counter it very easy because its obvious for them that I pass thru middle, right? I dont have any wingers, so now i'm planning to change and try out something new for next season.

What do you guys recommend and why?

Orders?
Pressure?
Offside Trap?

Explain like a manager what you prefer and why.
