How to win against this formation 3-4-1-2

Yersterday i played a cup match and i Lost 3-2

I have a better team than him but I played by 4-2-4 and I want to win the next match against him

So wich formation and orders can I use to win 3-4-1-2

If your opponent is passing long: 451v defense/flanks/mixed or long/on/high/normal/zonal/off

If your opponent is using mixed or short passing: 4-2n-3w-1, attacking/mixed/mixed or long/on/high/normal/zonal/off

Thanks I will try the second formation 4-2n-3w-1
But do you want to say I need 2 DMC and
1 MR 1 MC 1 ML ?
