My best advice is using the 3-1-4-1-1 formation.i shall show and explain how this works

    DC-DC-DC
    DMC
    MR-MC-MC-ML
    AMC
    ST
put blue arrows on the MR and ML so that they play as wing backs.putting blue arrows means that they will attack and defend but they will prioritize defense over attack.this should be done so as to defend against the oppn AMR and AML.A DMC has to be used in ur team so as to nullify the threat posed by the oppn AMC.THE threat of oppn striker will be destroyed as he has to play against 3 strikers which is very tough.this formation uses an AMC as the opposition team does not field a DMC.RED arrow has to be placed on AMC to prioritize attack over defense.the most biggest advantage this formation has is that it completely controls midfield area and nullifies attacking threat from opposition team's AMC AMR AML and ST.

    ORDERS
*play through the middle as u have more players than opposition in midfield
*short pass with preference of mentality(attacking is best)
*no counterattack so as this is a possession formation
*play high and use offside trap if u r confident ur team can properly hold the three man back line
    *tackling should be normal

Basically your wingers are present not to only defend but to also attack.they will form the first barrier against the open attacking wingers.then your defenders will do their job if wingers can't stop the attacking winger.try and use wing backs for wingers(players who have good attacking and defensive skills) .a guy like Valencia or Marcos Alonso

As compared to our formation he has higher number of weaknesses which I shall list
-he will be vulnerable to ur AMC as he does not have DMC
-his striker will come up against 3 defenders who are centrally positioned like him
-MAIN POINT:when defending you will have 5 defenders and when attacking u will have very very strong central midfield with 5 players including DMC against his 2 MCs.
-he will be totally and literally exposed in midfield as his AMs will be in advanced positions unable to track back and defend

U will also stop his player's crosses as you have three central defenders vs his 1 striker(NO CHANCE FOR HIM)

the formation ur suggesting is excellent but has 2 problems
1)ur full backs will be one-on-one with his wingers.if u are confident that ur full backs will cope than do it
2)in CENTRAL midfield he has 1 player more than u

The best thing about your suggested formation like the 3n-1-4-1-1 is that u have AMC and he does not have DMC.
