I have been constantly facing the huge teams in all 3 competitions. Its happening every season. I face teams around 150% every season. There is not even any competitions.

Can I avoid them? If yes then please suggest me.

I dont know if we can avoid such huge teams. Even I constantly face such teams && hence I dont win trophies every season. Maybe pro managers here can help with their suggestions..

Buy 9-13 young 3 star players for a token each.Train them to mantain 40% bonus with only easy/ very easy drills and if they reach 59% or 39% select a special attribute/ new position to train.Gather rests and tokensduring two seasons without spending them. Your quality should go down a lot and you should have 9-13 1 star players. Last day of season sell all players you dont need (except the 3 star players). You now have a low % team~thus low% opponents and around 1.6 k rests and some tokens!
