and I'm up against a 3-5-2 flat

The thing is I don't have 5 midfielders as post with tactics suggest me to use 4-5-1 V style, I dont even have attacking midfielders lol
He has 18.3 and i have 19.8 i get the advantage here

What advice you have for me? I'm thinking of putting red arrow on my central midfielders, and try long passes
