    Help in formation and tactic

    Greetings!

    I have a problem with my team. I always lose or draw. Tried a lot of formations, nothing happened. I have good ball posession, but my strikers do something wrong. Here is a picture about my squad:

    It's because of the bad moral or what? I'm really frustrated. Any idea what do to?
