How to beat 2-3-2-2-1 formation

Hello guys, i'm a level 3 player and a newbie in the forum!
Could you tell me how to beat an opponent with this formation?

Could not find anywhere what to do with it....

The formation is illegal (less than 3 defenders), so you will have 80%-20% possesion. Nevertheless you should react on his system.
3W (DL-DC-DR)-4(ML-MC-MC-MR)-3 (3ST) or 4-4-2 should work.

Would it be the same to use AML(down) and AMR(down) instead of the ML and MR???

Maybe this formation is not illegal after all.
In my league, i have a Player, who is winning everything with this formation.
So far, he has won every game this season.

Actually I won 6-0 against a same-quality team that played 4-5-1 with this 2-3-2-2-1 formation.
