How to defeat 4-2N-2N -2

So, if anyone could help me. I have a away cup match vs an equal player.

His formation is:

Any formation that utilizes wingers (MR/ML, AMR/AML) with passes down both flanks should do it, but it would be good to have a DMC, since they would obviously attack through the middle. 3N-1DMC-2N-2-2 (Hexagon) is a good one.

I would go 3-4-3 attacking down both flanks. Since he attacks with 2 ST, 3 at defense should do the work, so, 4 at mid with red wingers is fine. Otherwise, 3-5-2.

Since all 3 of my players who can play DMC are injured (damn injuries problem, i've writen about it already on this forum), i decided to go with 3-5-2, with red arrows on wingers

you don't really need DMC. You just can blue arrow your main MC or 2 MCs so you make sure he won't have extra attacking players than your defenders.
