I've already tried to counter this formation and he bet me 2-0 at his home. I need to score at least 3 goals against him for our 2nd match up!

I would try with the butterfly, you have good players for it. Start with normal mentality, mixed passing/focus and red arrow on your ST. If you dont score enough go for attacking, short passing and red arrows on your aml/amr.
Make sure moral and condition are exellent.
Are you sure he's not gonna change his formation, he doesnt use his 2 scouts???
And with normal mentality counter ON, offside OFF
