How to beat 3N-DML/DMR-3N-2ST

This formation won me all the time at League, even I had used suggestions from someones: 4-4-2 classic; 4-1-4-1; 4-5-1 and 4-2-2-2 Hexagon.

I won twice by 3:0 vs this formation recently using:

And my opponent was an active player with equal quality like mine. I played defensively, long passing through both wings, counter attack on. I put blue arrow on my DMR and red one on my DMC. You can try it. It worked really well for me.
