Help against odd formation?

Help anyone? This guy is on top of me and I'm going against him next! So this is his formation:

it isnt odd... :) it;s the 4-3N-1-2 and you can counter with the 4-5-1 v style

thanks a lot bud! and also do I need to put some ways the arrow is pointing at? (ex: toward, backward)
