I am facing today a strong team with weird formation

ST-ST-ST

Please help me with the formation, orders and arrows.

Your opponent use only one MC to feed balls to his 3 STs, therefore it seems that he will use long ball and central attacking. He also has his flanks double-guarded by DL-DML and DR-DMR, so unless your wingers are superior better than his DL-DML and DR-DMR, I think attacking on his flank is not a good choice. A formation with counterattacking focus in the midfield would work well against his formation. Considering 4-1-4-1 or 4-1-3-2.
