4-5-1V is best. It's what I play.

I usually go for 4-5-1V, down both flanks, normal mentality, hard tackling against strong opponent, own half, short passing with no offside and no counter or mixed or long passing with no offside and countering. But that's just my average tactic, it's upto you how you want to play it.
