How to beat 4-3-1-2

As he has only one ST,so 3 DC's are enough.he is using AMC so u must should have a DMC.I will like to suggest this formation:
---DC-DC-DC---
------DMC----
MR--MC--MC--ML-
-----ST--ST-----

but my challenge use 4-3-1-2 not 4-1-3-1-1
DR-DC-DC-DL
MR-MC-ML
AMC
ST

I'm only watch my friend use this formation (4-1-3-1-1) to beat that formation.
So he can win 0-4

can I use fomation from my friend?? or from you mate?? to beat 4-3-1-2.
