how to beat this defensive wall... ???

How can i beat this formation:

---------MC---MC---MC----
DMR----------DMC---------DML
---- ----DC---DC---DC-------



and a sugestion against a 4-1-2-1-2 wide formation.. i find 3-5-2 formation to counter it but that i;m afraid of that AMC..

when u dont know what to play my advice is always 4-5-1V ,or 4-4-2.

3-1-4-2 was effective for me against the second formation u asked..
