Please help me againts this 3-1-3-3 formation:

ML-------MC------MR-
---------DMC---------

His quality is just abit better than mine. Is this formation going to be attacking focus through the middle or the flanks?
Was thinking of using either 4-4-2 or 3N-2-2-2W-1 againts it.
Or is 4-5-1V a better option?
