He's playing a counter attacking formation so you need to be careful. 4-4-2 might do it.

If i was playing 4-1-3-2 i would play 3-5-2
Your 3 DC would cover his ST and you should have possesion by filling up the midfield.

as he has only one ST so i think 3N-4-1-2 may work too..
