How to counter this strange formation ! Really need HELP PLEASEEE!

Today I will face the team in second position of my league and I'm in first. But our point are same and I just surpass goal productivity than him . .
My opponent use 3N-2(DML-DMR)-1MC-2AMC-2ST

Our quality are equal. Anyone who ever face this formation? Or maybe you have idea to counter that formation?
