4-5-1 Vstyle versus 4-3W-1-2?

Very important cup match when i meet a team using 4-3W-1-2. I dont have any ml/dml or mr/dmr. Any other position is various.
Is it good to play 4-5-1 V or any other formation and also tactics against him Quality of both team is the same. A 1st-leg home match.
