Need your suggestions Please

Last night I used my sub-team in league match to rest first team for cup match semi final I could`nt joint the match and I lost 4 -0 tommorrow I am playing at home how to counter this formation he played 442 but he changed formation.

i won today in CL semifinals with 3-1 an opponent with that formation, which i think its illegal, i was playing with 3N-3W-2N-1-1. dont know if would work for you though
