Try to avoid so low on condition, and skip him during training!!!
Select him much, and when you're winning he will perform better.
Another important issue: did you set up winning-bonus for your squad?
I always put the maximum reward, my team goes first , This player only plays bad ....... is rare !!!

Play with him, don't sell:) He goes to play well, but sometimes a player don't play well, next season you look again.. Maybe te arrow defensive? Try things:)
