Tips VS 5-2-1-2 in Cup Finals

Hi guys,

i have a match vs a slightly weaker team(14.9 me vs 13.5 him) in ~1h and hes running 5-2-1-2

5 defenders
2 MC's
1 AMC
2 ST's


im thinking about running 4-1-4-1 (attacking - both flanks, Own half pressing normal tackling, short passing, zonal defense and counterattacking, no offside)

EDIT: red arrows on DR/DL, ML/MR and DMC + ST

is my tactic complete trash or should it work?

Thankful for any tips

BTW: i play at home if that matters?
