Help with orders for a team? (pic included)

Orders for a 4-4-2 hexagon? A new formation i want to experiment with, however i never seem to dominate teams that are 1/2 the rating of mine as i should be doing, usually winning by one or 2 goals, so i think i'm not being effective in the orders department, can't seem to get these 5-0+ victories :(.

P.S Orders for 4-5-1 V ( I use attacking, down both flanks, red arrows striker and AMR/AML, passing mixed, Normal tackling, zonal marking) would be appreciated.

Red arrow in the ST for what?... I can understand in AML/AMR even AMC but in the ST?...

I experimented a little and it seemed to grant me more shots on goal, before I discovered the forum I had to learn a lot on trial and error :')

Change to short passing man :)

cz you use attacking mentality. i use mix passing when i'm on normal mentality :)
