Help me counter this undefeatable formation ..at least for me

I faced this formation in cup and lost rwice by one goal margin.

He plays 3dc-3w-3w-1

I tried playing 4-5-1. Flanks but lost 2-3. Then 3dc-1-4-1. Lost 1-2. Though I had more shots on target. He is 100.3% and I am 106%.
From his side goals were scored by his flanks.

What formation and orders should I use.
