How to beat this 4-3-1-2 formation?

used formation is 3-2-2-2-1 (5-2-2-1). But, that formation is defending or counter-attacking formation.

But I'm not experienced manager.

I don't see how 4-5-1V style can be effective because he has a ML and a MR. I would think 2 AMC or red arrow at the 2 MC instead of AMR and AML as he has more space trough the center.

Yea, sure is a crap ? Or you are a crap ? 4-4-2 is best choise to counter 4-3-1-2.

Another best choise to counter is 3-1-2-2-2, or 3-5-2.
