If training with different training drills every training session, would it affect the team result on Match day?
Nope no diff in match performance for me or if it did, i didnt notice. I like to mix the drills in a session though. Like have physical, attacking and defensive in a session, they appear to improve faster. Maybe its psychological, not sure. I didnt put in the effort to analyse it properly.
