Need help with tactic and orders

i have One of the best teams in my league but i feel that my players dont play well with my tactics and orders. Can u help me with a tactic and the orders?

you formation is one of the most populars. Don't change it.
Set
defense or normal + counter
from the flanks, mix pass
normal tackling, no offside
high pressing for more attack
man to man for more defense

And what about the arrows?

back to defenders, forth to attackers

Yo uso la misma. Mentalidad normal generalmente. Forzar contra ataques y fuera de juego. Pero bueno, depende del rival
