I've been playing the 3-1-2-3-1 formation for the past seasons, but since the arrows have returned to the game I don't know on which players to put any (apart from DMC backwards, which I learned to like).

Can someone with experience on this formation share some of their thoughts on their placement of arrows and other potential tactics? I'd like to hear how other people play the game with the 3-1-2-3-1 I, for myself love this formation because of the high possession it gives and being able to play down the flanks or through the middle.
