I have second team that is 96% and I play DL,DC,DC,Dr Mr,mc,ml AMR,st,aml.during games my opponents get equal possession and have as much as 15+ Shots against my team even when they are 50% teams so I wanted help to dominate my opponents with some tactics for that formation
I don't know much about the game, but talking about football, that formation has absolutely no sense. Playing with 1 midfielder is impossible to do something in a football match... I guess that in the game is the same..
Try to change it to a 4-3-3W with 3MC or with 1 DMC and of course it will work much better.
Anyway, with 4-3W-3W (I repeat I think you shouldn't play like this) use playing to the wings, and long passes, in order not to play in the midfield..
I agree with marocoach on adding a DMC. Or else teams with AMC will benefit against you. I would replace a DC with a DMC and play an AMC instead of ST to add more strength in central midfield
