3-5-2 Problem

I play with this formation: Attachment 6332 and with this orders Attachment 6333 they have posesion but it didnt play well on last game i lose with 3-0 and have a small number of shots on and out of goal, how to fix this defence to be better and attack to give more shots and goals ?

i think you shouldn't set hard attacking

Something else ?

All players are with 5* just one is with 4* i think i have bad orders upper is picture you can see my orders.
